Position Overview: Head of Product

As the Head of Product for Owners, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will lead a talented team of engineers and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver exceptional product experiences to our users. Your primary responsibility will be to define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring our platform remains competitive and meets the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the overall company goals. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  2. Product Roadmap: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Engineering, to define the product roadmap. Prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic objectives and customer feedback.
  3. Product Development and Execution: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch. Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and successful execution of product releases.
  4. User-Centric Design: Champion a user-centric approach to product development. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and improvements.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and efficient collaboration. Communicate product updates and progress effectively across the organization.
  6. Customer Focus: Understand the needs and pain points of our SMB customers in the home services industry. Develop deep empathy for users to drive the creation of delightful, intuitive, and valuable products.
  7. Innovation and Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Introduce innovative features and functionalities to maintain a competitive edge.
  8. Performance Analysis: Define and track key performance metrics related to product success and usage. Regularly analyze data and feedback to make data-driven decisions and optimize the product.
  9. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing product team. Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
